Dominique Dodge is a harper and singer based in Charlotte, VT. She is deeply grounded in the traditional music and song of Ireland, Scotland, and Cape Breton. She holds a BA in Scottish Music from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and an MA in Traditional Irish Music Performance from the University of Limerick. Dominique is passionate about traditional arts education and building a strong local community of traditional musicians, dancers, teachers, and enthusiasts. She currently works as a performer, teacher, recording artist, and traditional arts organizer.
The Celtic harp is a triangular frame harp traditional to the Celtic nations of northwest Europe. It is called the cláirseach in Irish, clàrsach in Scottish Gaelic, telenn in Breton and telyn in Welsh.
